how to get out of depression or temper or anxiety ?


CarpeNoctum: As a matter of fact you can't get off those traits. Only possible to damper the impact. So try for it.

CarpeNoctum: To reduce depression, do whatever possible to stimulate serotonin levels in your body. Now, the methods to do this can vary. Yoga and meditation can helpblong way. For me it's routine excercise, systematic planning, reducing caffeine levels is all what I do.
CarpeNoctum: And depression anxiety etc... is not simply a disease on it's own. It can range from a disorder on itself to a symtom of other personality disorder or disease. Seek a medical help as soon as possible.
