Give and receive physical contact.Physical touch, including cuddling and s**, release brain chemicals (oxytocin) which increase happiness and are linked to a decrease in depression.[4] So cuddle up with your partner and use physical touch to help reduce your depression!

Do yoga. It would give you peace in your mind and eventually you would be out of depression. My mum taught me this. She is a professional yoga teacher.
