this question is literally a big question. because some people will say like go and do meditation , yoga, exercise, be happy ,.. this things actually will help u go out of the stress,.
but in my opinion , stress = force/Area
so in order to decrease the stress u have to increase the area , or i mean u can sovle your problem integrally which means bit by bit, fragmenting your problem can reduce stress, coz stress occurs when u r unable to solve your problem or u want to escape from a problem.. in both the case u hv to face the problem.
Also chill down man if what u r concerning now is not going matter in for last 5 years ,then buddy chill down and relaxed because that work doesnt need your focus or attention.
