Slowly start giving it up.
Example- if u drink around 5 times a week
Then you must reduce it down to 3 times
Next week.
Slowly moving to 2 times a week.
Then 1 time a week.
Then start consuming ½ the amount in the last week only once.
If you feel nauseous add a substitute for alcohol.
You can drink fizzy drinks or grape juice.
( try to avoid drinking too much of fizzy drinks)
