Unless you're emotionles.every person deals differently with their anger issue so gladly there are many options which you can try to help you "cool your anger rather than getting rid of it"
Here are some which can work wonders:
You can try meditation which really stabalizes your mind!
You can stop thinking about every worry some thing in your life for 2-3 times in a day and count from 1 to 30 slowly while taking deep breaths for a minute.
Listening to music can help!
Before going to sleep,you should sit,close your eyes and repeat"i'll try not to resort towards Excessive Anger & Violence in my tough times,Rather,i'll try to keep my self as calm as i can and deal with the problem.
