The major factor of stress for students are exams. The fear of exam are common among students of all age groups.There are students who are capable of handling exam fear and stress whereas others fall prey to effects of exam stress and go to depression, perform badly in exams or even get tempted to take extreme measures.
The following ares some of the tips to get hold of exam fear and stress;
1) Follow a realistic revision timetable and stick to it and don’t leave revision to the last minute.
2)Brief notes of your books, notes and essays to make them easier to remember , especilly if you don't like the subject or find it difficult. .
3)If someone is able to concentrate well in the morning then, do most of your studying during daytime rather keeping yourself awake late night. On the other hand if someone is comfortable in night they should continue doing so , but go to bed at reasonable hour and get enough sleep.
4) One should have a healthy breakfast during exam days as getting hungry during the middle of an exam can be fatal.
5)Prepare everything the night before the exam, check that you have packed your bag with everything you will need - extra stationary, water, and so on.
