How to get rid of frustration and anger. plz help anyone I become angry very often.

when you are angry, start counting reversly from 10 ( 10, 9 , 8 , 7...)

frustration and anger is a common phenomenon and everyone can totally understand that especially coming from a teenager.i have given a few steps and tips for you in the following. i have referred the internet a bit so you might find it a bit similar.
1. Don't think too much about the future or he past...focus more on the present.
Of course thinking about future is necessary in a few cases but worrying about it all the time only causes frustration. Try to think about the present. Focus more on the surrounding. If you can't then go binge watch your favorite series or get creative , Just distract you mind. 2.
2.Don't let the anger take control.
being angry is normal but the problem starts when you let it take control of you.if it does then you might say a few bad things or may even hit them but this only causes things to become worse. try to be more conscious, take a few deep breaths or maybe pinch your self.
3. Try to listen to you favorite music.
even if it is stress or pain or anger music always helps . so listen to it sometimes
4.finally , let out your anger on the non living.
Non living things are a great way to release your anger you can shout on them hit them do whatever you want to. so bring out tat torn and dusty doll and give it a few whacks.
