You can do meditation regularly , you can listen your favourite music , you can play your favourite outdoor game. It is the best way to get rid of success. You can do something new like change your routine, etc and so on. You can help your siblings in their assignment. By teaching them you learn many things.

1)Meditation:
Only meditation has the maximum power to get rid of stress and also it keeps your mind calm and comfortable. Also it is a easiest to way...

2) Deep breathe:
Deep breathe also helps you to he relaxed and stressless. you should breathe deep atleast for 5mins per day. Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure

3) Communication:
Communicating and interacting with other random people also a good stress buster

4) Laughing :P
Laughing releases a hormone called endorphins in the brains. Endorphin is a natural reducer of stress. Laughing is a good medicine.

5) Listening to a melodious song.. or even your favourite songs may help you calm down.. also play some games which you like the most. Do something which makes you happy..

6) Drawing or colouring:
Drawing/colouring/painting/scribbling something that strikes your mind would help you out to be relaxed.
