At first add sugar in water in excess and it will give a semi liquid solution then heat that solution by adding more and more sugar at maximum temperature.Then spread the solution on any piece of paper or soft clothe and let it cool under room pressure and temperature.after sometimes the solutions will change in crystal form.These are sugar crystals.
