How to give a arrow between a reaction in MS Word. ?

You have access to a wide range of arrows from a pull down menu, but -> will give you a simple right arrow (although it is not very long). To get a long arrow, click on the operator button and choose the arrow with the word "yields" written over it under common operator structures.
