The following ways might help you to control anger :-
1)When you get angry on them use a humor to yourself to release the tension
2)When you wake up in the morning write down the things that you need to do like "I should not scold anyone "
"I should be able to control my anger "
3)Hold your wrist tightly when you get angry
4) When your calm express your anger
5)I think mirror would be the best Friend when your angry
6) Remember that when you get angry your neurons will die and neurons cannot be regenerated
