in order to handle depression

1)u need to meditate daily
2)do some regular exercises
3)try to keep your mind calm
4)if u get time just try to mingle with small kids
5)try to share your experiences with your friends
6)try to be happy always
7)always thing positive
8)try to crack some jokes which makes you and others laugh
9)tr to have good amount of sleep

forget the cause which caused depression
go out take fresh air
relax 
hangout with friends and play games that are mindfreshening
stop your bad habits if u have any
sleep properly
get out of a place where you feel could keep you in tension
be happy and smile always
