Get a Pokémon egg by leaving two Pokémon in the same egg group or a non-legendary Pokémon with ditto. Every 255 steps there is a chance your Pokémon have laid an egg. Get a Pokémon with the ability Magma Armor or Flame Body.
basically you can't. I've gotten them to "Disappear" via swapping them with other pokemon, but the mobile version still sees them, and they still count against your pokemon total. Official word from pokemon support is that you can't get rid of em.
