eight pack or ten pack is depends upon your body type. But six pack is common for all men.
If you have the body type of gaining 8 pack, then visit gym and do exercise for 3 hours and fifteen minutes break at the end of each hour. So, you're doing exercise only for 1 and half hour.
Dont believe in the blind faiths on working out for 5 hours or 6 hours. Then perform correct diet.

70% - Diet
