there are no special rules and regulations for helping old people so many old person suffering in line's, railway, bus station, roads we can help them. ........
one thing I left. ........ without old people we couldn't steep in earth

helping old people is not made. upon any rules u just need to remember that
U should be polite
U should talk softly to them
U can help then in crossing road
U can go to old age home n spend some time with them if u want u can take some gifts
they need is just some affection and care from u
