How to hide self harm cuts, when going swimming?
I don't have any makeup or waterproof makeup. They aren't scars but I go swimming with family nearly every week and the cuts haven't healed. It has happened before but nobody noticed or said anything. I want to have some sort of 'last resort' I guess.

Answer:

It's normal to have self harm cuts, and you shouldn't be embarrassed of something that defies your outer appearance.

Anyways, you can still use sunscreen with high spf amount in order to protect the scars while swimming.

( ps: always love yourself the way you are, don't try to judge your own appearance if people do the same)
