Discipline involves obeying particular rules and standards. To improve ones discipline involves acceptance of ones current situation by first, identifying an area where ones discipline is weakest. Secondly, is having the willpower which is concentration of force where one is supposed to set a course of action a saying "engage". It is an inner strength to make decisions, take action, and execute tasks. Thirdly, one can improve their discipline through hard word through the persistence to do something. To achieve discipline, therefore, one needs to set goals, be passionate about what they are doing, and plan  appropriately.
