there's an option to keep images which are related to your question on the screen in left hand side if you are using mobile.

when u are asking the questions u will see a box ' 'your question' ,after questions matching to your question. just click on it . after this there will be four symbols on your left hand side of u are a mobile user, u have to click on 3rd number . and in this option click on take photo to click a photo or choose from your gallery.
