if there is any change in its state, if precipitate is formed , formation of new substances , change in its properties.......if any of them takes place then it's a chemical change.......

- In chemical change, composition of substance changes.
- It is usually an irreversible change.
- For example, rusting of iron, baking of bread, fermentation, etc.
● Identification of Chemical change is -
Look out for following things to detect a chemical change -
- Change in temperature
- Change in colour
- Change in odour
- Change in appearance
- Formation of precipitate
- Formation of bubbles
- Production of light
