+I group there electronegative is less than hydrogen atom.

They increase the electron density nearly atom. Eg Alkyl group, amine group, etc

-I group there electronegative is more than hydrogen atom.

They decreases the electron density nearly atom. Eg NO2, CN, tertiary amine cation, halogen group.

its very easy to find out   among two bonded atoms  which atom has higher electronegativity will have -I effect and other one will have +I effect
