how to identify past perfect tense

We can identify past perfect tense by using this formula:-
Subject+had+Third form of Verb

Shreyash1111: Yes

Rikz33: we can use been..ofcourse....! But then...if one said that try a sentence on past perfect tense without using been...then the ans should be like "had" and the past participle of the verb!!

To identify the past perfect tense you have to look that there should
Had +v3 in sentence.

Shreyash1111: I don't think that there should be 'been' used
Rikz33: it should be...In any perfect tense there should be "HAD BEEN" OR "HAVE BEEN" orelse the sentence will be incorrect
