how to identify rhyme scheme of poem

if the last word of first line of stanza is same as third line's last word, and secomd line last word same as fourth line last word...
then the rhyme scheme of poem will be abab.
And it will continue like...cdcd...efef........

And if last word are change in everyline of stanza then rhyme scheme of poem will be abcd.
