Answer: It is bit difficult to identify subject and predicate in an interrogative sentence.

Here is a trick.

Example 1 Has she taken her lunch box?

Change the above sentence into a statement first.

She has taken her lunch box.

Here "she" is subject .

Example 2 Where are you going?

You are going where.

"You" is subject here.

So basically you can change your interrogative sentences into statement so it will be easy for you to identify subject and predicate.
