How to import picture in adobe photoshop cs2

You can go in file and click on IMPORT or Open acc. to your version. (:

First click on File
Then on Open and select the desired image.
Then the image will be imported in Adobe Photoshop.
Then Double- Click on it to add it to your browsing window.
