Practice, that's really the only way to get better. If your findings it really difficult to track the enemy try using a lower sens.
Also practice with the weapons in the tutorial, and get comfortable with the weapons and recoil, when you've got the hang of been able to aim, when in game drop in busy areas to learn how to deal with opponents, as if you just avoid people when it comes down to it you'll mostly been out-aimed.
It takes time but you will get better.
