In sports,we can increase the number of tranings in a day. If there will be selection we can choose those players who are really experienced.Our fitness levels are pathetic and we don't have a sporting culture, which is why we produce very few good quality sports-persons. Just playing backyard games and sport in school and actually spending more time playing sport rather than watching them or talking about them will help considerably.In arts, we can take inspiration from an artist and teach them by some training. First if we want to learn arts, we should have some interest in that particular thing.So we can give art session in different states and cities. Art does not means only drawing.It also means our beauty which we make by our interest and focus.In culture,we can give session such As Sandeep Maheswari.In our schools,there should be Value Education class because value is the most important thing in our world without it people can't give you a single "hi" also.
