you dont have the need to do the course.you can speak daily the english at home and read english newspapers.

english can be learnt easily when you start to speak people in english , reading english books and newspaper, watching english news channel. don't be nervous when u try to speak  though it is right or wrong speak,then u will know u r mistakes.
