Answer:

First, the part you can't control: You have to have genes that make this at least a possibility. You can roughly gauge this from the heights of your parents, and their parents and siblings. If at least some of them are at or near six feet, you stand a good chance.

The parts you can control: Nutrition, physical activity, and vitamin D.

You need adequate everything. That's vitamins, protein, fats, carbohydrates, and all the miscellaneous, poorly understood micronutrients that occur in natural foods.

The hard mineral that makes up most of your bones is calcium phosphate. Be sure you have enough calcium in your diet. You should not have to worry about phosphorus, because it is in almost everything you eat. The best sources of calcium are probably leafy green vegetables, including kale, broccoli, mustard greens and brussels sprouts. Dairy products are rich in calcium, but they tend to be high in calories - okay for most active children and teens, but probably not okay for mature adults. Unless you have a special need or condition, I recommend against calcium (and most other) supplements for reasons I won't go into here.

Exercise is generally good for bone growth. How much and what kind is good for a child or adolescent is debatable. Inactivity almost certainly retards bone development, but overloading the skeleton (as in lifting heavy weights) may cause bones to develop to be thicker but less long. The evidence is mostly observational and therefore not as certain as it would be from interventional studies, but interventions seem to be rare (and have to be done on animals, since it's unethical to experiment on kids).

Then there is vitamin D, last but not least. Without it, your body can't utilize calcium and phosphorus properly. The cheapest and easiest source for most of us is sunshine, but you want to avoid sun burning young skin - that sets up skin cancer somewhere down the road. If it's hard to get 15 minutes to a half-hour of sunshine on at least your arms and face several times a week, supplements are an option. The official RDA is 600 IU for ages 6 and up, but some recommendations have been increasing the past few years, to as much as 4000 IU per day. Substantially more than this without a doctor's supervision may put you at risk of calcium deposits forming in places in your body you really, really don't want.
