How to increase my stamina for running for long time?

go for daily practice
at the practice run as much as u can but remember to take short breaks of 5-10 seconds at the time of running
the short breaks will help in increasing your stamina...

- Consistency - It is very important to maintain not just stamina but everything

- Long run  

- Tempo run

- Eat for endurance  

- Recover - Give your body to grow. Muscle normally takes 24 hours to grow and relax after a workout

-Mind games- Prepare your mind. Give yourself a challenge
