Activities that can boost your IQ

According to the National Library of Medicine, these types of intelligence can be influenced by a variety of genetic and environmental factors, including:

parental IQ

genes

home life

parenting style

nutrition

education

Here are some activities you can do to improve various areas of your intelligence, from reasoning and planning to problem-solving and more.

1. Memory activities

Memory activities can help to improve not only memory, but also reasoning and language skills. In fact, memory games have been used in research studiesTrusted Source to explore how memory relates to language and object knowledge.

Reasoning and language are both used as intelligence measures, meaning that memory activities can continue to develop intelligence.

Activities that involve memory training include:

jigsaw puzzles

crossword puzzles

concentration card game, or card matching

sudoku

2. Executive control activities

Scrabble

Pictionary

Dude. I am literally and figuratively begging you to stop. talking. to. me. right now. and henceforth.

Yes, you may feel emotions behind this niceness façade but it isn't the real me. And yes. you EXPLICITLY stated that you didn't care about that. but it is for your own good.

I just don't trust anyone on this app. The reason why I'm very reluctant to befriend you or anyone else in this glorious community is possibly because I have to know the person personally and I need to pen their motives so that they wouldn't intentionally or indirectly cause me to be diverted in a different direction.

Yes I appreciate the fanclub and the sentiment, but right now it isn't appropriate. Please stop this . . madness of whatever this is and just let me leave Brainly peacefully if my account gets deleted in the process.

i have friends in real life and I'm contended with the fact that I have company to rely on and I never intended to "befriend" in quotation marks, anyone in this platform because of a little something called trust issues and I put on that face, that nice sugary sweet face because I didn't wanna offend.

So for your own good, stay away from me and you'll be fine. That's all I have to say.
