● Consult ur doctor for an yearly physical . And if u get to know that ur weight is more or if u r obese then it meeans that the testosterone level in ur body is low..
● Avoid processed, packed and prepared food....
● Eat food as close to their natural state. i.e. eat more fruits , vegetables nd fresh meat....
● Avoid outside sources of sugar....
● Drink plenty of water and eat only if u r hungry. .....
● Start a strength training routine nd avoid eating crash foods....
● Get a full night sleep nd try to stay active. nd most importantly, reduce ur stress level.....
