I don't think there's anything such as brain capacity.......
It's just the mentallity set due to our weak will power and lack of confidence........
Anyway if you still think that you need more mind capacity to excell in the tasks provided...... 1) You must do Meditation!!!! Meditation is the only best and easiest way which would lead to increase your mind capacity and memory power.... It would also increase your concentration level. 2) You must do yoga asanas, to make your mind sharper and strong.... 3) You must take healthy eatables .... And must take a lot of almonds..... 4) Also you must practice MATHS daily,it increases your mind capacity at high rate and faster than every method...... I am 110% sure that practising MATHS daily at least 1/2 would surely increase your mind capacity....... 5) You must also have confidence and control over your emotions .... As, over flow of emotions take your peace you feel uncomfortable which doesn't let your mind increase its capacity....... 6) Try to write imaginative essays, poems thoughts etc..... Write a lot of compositions which would make your mind active..... 7) Do daily prayer ,,,,,,,, Even if you don't believe in God because I have experienced peace while and after praying which relaxes our mind and it becomes active and mind's capacity is increased.... 8) Don't be sad for small reasons, be happy and keep your mind happy..... Never go toooooooooooo deep thinking about sad things which happened with you, just take lessons from it..... Enjoy every moment of your life.... 9) Be hard labourer or smart worker ,,,,, but don't be lazy..... Laziness spoils the capacity of our mind. Wake up early, and revise the concepts you read yesterday...... 10) Alwaysssssssssss solve puzzles and try to be away from social networking sites...... It makes us addicted to it and then master us and our mind which becomes reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooo difficult for us! I don't say not to use, but don't be addicted..... 11) Be bold and always remember---- Don't be afraid of walking slowly but from standing still..... Hope it helps!
