download Google play on your computer and then open it, tap search and download as u usually do in your android. if u r not satisfied with answer pls provide me details about ur windows.
yes bluestack can also work
even u can run games like subway surfers and WhatsApp

if u wanna run any android app u hafta download bluestacks or andy setup . then u can install anything from playstore
