(3x+4)² = [3x]² +16 + 24x
= 9x² + 24x +16
= 3x(3x+4)+4(3x+4).   As, 24x = 12x +12x
= (3x+4)(3x+4)
x= -4/3,-4/3.
Hope this will help you.
