keep feet stable and with constant practice
it takes a lot of practice
make sure you don't use too much force and kick the ball too high
gently touch it with alternate foot movement

keep your your foot at 70 Degree and practice daily. and don't through the ball upwards always try to make the ball rotate. first practice with a particular foot. use your thighs also when you are about to lose the ball.
