area of trapesium is 1/2sum of two parallel lines * height
and are of triangle is 1/2 base*height.
and are of triangle is 1/2 base*height.

area of trapezium = h/2(a+b)where h is height and a and b are the parallel sides..
now,
area of triangle=1/2xbxh where b is base and h is height...
