how to know whether salts are acidic basic or neutral

If the salt is formed by the combination of a strong acid and a strong base then the respective salt is neutral in nature.

If the salt is formed by the combination of a strong acid and a weak base then the respective salt is acidic in nature.

If the salt is formed by the combination of a weak acid and a strong base then the respective salt is basic in nature.
