Read that poem with concentration and try to write it again and again on papers. If this not works and if you have audio file of that poem listen it again and again and learn it in the way in which you learn songs. I am sure this will be helpful.

generally I read poem with full concentration 2 times
and repeat it in my mind and then write 2 to 3 times
and repeat it in my mind and then write 2 to 3 times
