Till now we have not been provided any method to learn them., just go through them thoroughly, and try to learn the table atleast til the 35th element. This can help you . But I have ways and tricks to learn al the elements of the periodic table row wise

Learn the correct order of the 20 basic elements.... There atomic numbers goes with the order....for example : The first one amongst the 20 basic elements is Hydrogen so it's atomic number is 1 and Calcium is the last element (20th one) so it's atomic number is also 20......This is how you can learn atomic number easily and quickly
