To learn c language , its important to join a tution , because a proper guidance is very ipmortant ..my brother is also learning c++ and java ..with the help of some books and tution ..and yes regular practise is also must..so first check a nearby tution for c language .

It is not necessary to join tution, you can learn c through many online apps allso such as "programming hub"and you can also refer some books also, but proper attention and concentration is required for learning c as it is little more difficult than learning java.
