How to learn CA theory subjects ??

Firstly,remove any misconceptions that theory subjects are monotonous.Theory subjects can be interesting if you make them.
1) Law: Law is mostly concerned with how you apply your knowledge in cases.And hence knowing provisions is a must.

2) Audit: This is a subject which is theoretical only for exams. It's a procedure oriented subject and you need to know what steps are to be taken in any case or whatever is prescribed by a SA. 

3) SM: Conceptual clarity is a must.You have to know various business strategies and how they can be applied.
