Write down all formulae respective to a given solid figure on a single sheet of paper and memorise them.

For eg,

You write down cuboid and write its TSA, LSA and Volume.

Cuboid

TSA - 2(lb + bh + lh)

CSA - 2(lh + bh)

VOL - lbh

And hence, you similarly do it for other shapes.

It would be better to understand how the formula is first derived, then you would be able to understand and learn the formulae easier.

Also, keep solving questions which actually uses the formula. That way, the formulae is registered in your brain.

Trust me, this works. I'm currently going to answer CBSE X exam 2020 and by doing this way I could rapidly solve Surface Areas and Volumes problems for my pre boards.
