Put yourself in an all English speaking environment where you can learn passively. The best way to learn is through speaking and reading as many books as possible.

If you want to learn how to speak or write English, you need to learn first tenses.
You need to learn new words to speak.At starting,you may commit mistakes.But when you speak thoroughly, you can speak English correctly. Refer to some of the English books.Though you don't know how to speak correctly, you speak and practice.
