By practice much &much .revise rules everyday .it will help in exam to solve problems

If you are learning english for writing,then going by grammar is fine but if you want to rock in speaking , you shouldn't bother about grammar much
Things to do learning english:
1) Take a standard dictionary like oxford and then start searching new words :
Pick atleast 5 words a day and start using those words in that day with whomever you speak with and know the apt meaning of those words , keep doing this regularly and one day you'll end up knowing many words , by this "you may also end up as a good motivational speaker"
2) For writing:
At the end of every day or whenever you have leisure time , start writing something about your day/bestie/favourites/food etc... , keep doing this "you may also end up publishing a book"
