The best way to learn a language is live it. For now, forget about grammar and just read up sentences you would use in everyday life. You can find them online for different day to day activities like travelling, commuting, restaurants, school, talking about a place , shopping, time , weather etc.
You could also start watching movies (with subtitles initially), listen to and learn English songs that you like. BBC news is a good channel to learn British English.
There is also a (mostly free) app called DUOLINGO which offers a host of languages to learn.
There are always classes for Spoken English. Make sure u choose the right one.
And MOST importantly PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Don’t feel shy or be worried about making mistakes. We don’t learn unless we make mistakes.
