you can refer to YouTube search small paragraph listen then repeat them read story books and novel a lot. by reading novel and books you can come to know about new words.

The best way to get into the habit of speaking English spontaneously is to listen and practice.In order to be a good speaker,you have to be a good listener at first.Here are a few guidelines:
•Start watching Hollywood movies,if it seems challenging to you and you're not able to understand the dialogues,turn on the subtitles and whenever you hear a new word,try to figure out its meaning,it'll enhance your vocabulary. But again,don't get too much absorbed in searching for new words,it might create a confusion to you.
•Listen to English songs,it really helps,try a slow song at first and see if you can understand the words well and repeat them.As you progress,change the speed of your songs from slower to faster.
•Read...read good books and articles,and when I say reading,it means a conscious one!
•And Practice.Don't stress too much on grammar and mistakes,just keep in mind that your words should be spontaneous.
•NEVER PRACTICE THE HABIT OF INTERPRETING.If you want to be a good speaker,your thoughts should also be in English.If you think in your native language and then interpret it into English,it will be a time consuming process and you won't be able to speak properly without shuttering and you may lose your confidence by this.So watch out!
•Study grammar,but remember no one cares about grammar when it comes to speaking,speak and choose the sentence which sounds the best.
•If you have some English speaking friends,make it a habit of speaking to them in English only or if you are in school,talk to your teachers in English,even if it may sound kind of a broken speech,go on,no one is an expert from the beginning!
