First write the tables in your notebook. Read it again and again and try to remember. Also write the tables again and again. Writing is more effective than reading. So the more you write, the better. Try to write own your own without looking at the tables in book.

Firstly note them down.
Try to understant how it is changing each time and then try to byheart it.
If still finding it difficult to do so,study with the help of short cuts of your own
For eg:table of eleven contains that same number repeated(11*4=44)
