first represent the number roor 6 on no line .and take a square in length 1 .as you do in case of represent root 2 , root 3 etc. So you can easily find root 7
1. draw a no line
2. make a no 1,2,3,4,5,6,7and so on
3. make point A on 0 and B on 7
4. make a point C on AB product such as AB BC tunit
5. find mid point on AC & name it O
6. taking O as a centre draw a semi circle
7. draw a perpendicular on B ( 7th until ) &join it semi circle and name it D
8. taking B as a centre , BD as radius ,draw OC are cutting .OC product is obtained and represent. root of 7.
