u should exercise daily in the morning especially running and different postures . keep ur arms straight firstly and move them right then in left direction and do exercises as many as u can . the main thing here is that u have to get sweat . if sweat will come this mean that ur losing ur extra fat . from ur arms move ur arms while running too as because of this the muscles will stretch and u will get a definite structure of ur arms . stretch ur body but be in limit . the only thing u should do is exercise just give up ur 5 minutes for this
AND also drink as much water as u can but while sitting . if u drink water while standing than ur belly fat will increase so be careful for ur diet too . after eating go for a walk . don't eat heavy after 6 pm
