First see the map of India then see the lines that the measure of line is this approx ,then draw picture which was in ur mind....

You have to see the lines from where does time comes and go, then look where the states cut and meet. If your drawing is good and you had did the drawing step by step and slowly then your India's map will be going to become very nice.
